The robotic guide is built for all-terrain mobility and can navigate asphalt, stone pavement, grass, cobblestone paths, tactile paving, marble, slopes, and stairs.
It features a comprehensive sensor suite including 3D LiDAR, depth cameras, ultrasonic sensors, and force sensors. This allows the guide to detect static obstacles (slopes, manholes, stairs) and dynamic obstacles (pedestrians, vehicles) in advance, actively slowing down or stopping to keep the user safe.
The device is equipped with a 4.6Ah (198.72Wh) battery that provides an operating time of 1.5 hours or more. It also supports fast charging, reaching full capacity in 1 hour or less, and supports auto-charging.
The guide features a one-touch emergency assistance alert, warning lights, a leash-based emergency stop, and balance monitoring. If an abnormality or fall is detected and cannot be recovered, it automatically uploads the location and status to the backend system while triggering audio-visual warnings.
The system achieves centimeter-level positioning accuracy. It can generate detailed community maps with safe routes and key waypoints, enabling autonomous navigation, real-time perception, and automatic route planning.
