It is suitable for Zone 1/2 explosive gas environments, Zone 21/22 explosive dust environments, Temperature Class T4, and rated IP65 for dust/water resistance.

Equipped with obstacle detection sensors, circuit protectors, anti-collision mechanisms, and tri-color indicator lights (audible/visual alarms), the AGV ensures safe operation in hazardous environments.
6.AGV Scheduling Management System
The indoor explosion-proof forklift AGV scheduling management system, developed using C++ and C# within the MFC framework, manages task control, including automatic loading/unloading and automatic charging. It also supports real-time operation log printing for efficient troubleshooting during system anomalies.
7.Intelligent Charging Technology
Utilizing high-frequency switching power supply technology with microprocessor-controlled charging, the system supports CC/CV multi-stage intelligent charging. It delivers stable, efficient, and safe charging for lithium or lead-acid batteries, featuring multiple protection mechanisms to extend battery lifespan.
