The vehicle incorporates systematic protection mechanisms, including equipotential bonding, static electricity protection, temperature monitoring, intrinsically safe circuits, and leakage detection systems, ensuring maximum safety and reliability.
This lifting-type explosion-proof AGV utilizes high-precision navigation and intelligent scheduling, integrating LiDAR and visual fusion technology for ±10mm positioning accuracy. It supports seamless connectivity with WMS/MES systems. Our proprietary multi-AGV collaborative scheduling system enables efficient coordination of multiple explosion-proof AGVs.
Featuring omnidirectional mobility, this lifting-type explosion-proof AGV operates with high flexibility and efficiency. It achieves forward/reverse movement and in-place rotation without turning, making it ideal for complex spatial environments.

The AGV uses Laser SLAM (LiDAR and visual fusion technology) for navigation, achieving a high-precision stop positioning accuracy of ±10mm / ±1°.
It features an explosion-proof, maintenance-free lead-acid battery with a capacity of 48V/33AH, providing up to 8 hours of rated working time on a 6 to 8-hour charge.
The AGV features omnidirectional mobility, allowing it to perform forward/backward travel, rotation in place, and arc turning, making it highly flexible for complex, narrow spaces.
