Traditional material handling relying on manual forklifts or fixed conveying equipment faces multiple challenges. First, safety hazards are prominent: static electricity, collisions, or operational errors during manual processes may trigger combustion/explosion accidents, posing significant production risks. Second, efficiency bottlenecks persist: under 24/7 continuous production modes, manual operations struggle to meet high-intensity logistics demands, severely impacting productivity. Additionally, management complexities cannot be ignored: hazardous chemical transportation requires full-process traceability, yet paper-based documentation systems are error-prone and difficult to monitor. To address these critical issues, a large petrochemical enterprise has actively explored innovative solutions.

By introducing explosion-proof lifting AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and explosion-proof forklift AGVs manufactured by our company into its solvent packaging workshop, the enterprise has built an intelligent logistics system, bringing transformative changes to the chemical industry. The application scenarios of explosion-proof lifting AGVs cover the entire workflow from the solvent packaging workshop to finished product warehouses and filling lines.
In raw material transportation, AGVs receive explosion-proof IBC containers loaded with benzene-based solvents at the unloading area. Leveraging advanced autonomous path-planning capabilities, they intelligently avoid high-temperature reaction zones, safely and efficiently transporting materials to buffer areas near packaging lines. After packaging, AGVs immediately enter the empty container recycling phase: they transport empty containers to storage zones, precisely coordinate with explosion-proof forklift AGVs to store containers on racks, and simultaneously trigger WMS inventory updates, achieving seamless integration of physical logistics and information flows. In finished product distribution, cluster-controlled AGVs collaboratively transport batch-labeled packaged products to hazardous material warehouses, with electronic fencing ensuring personnel isolation throughout the process, guaranteeing secure and efficient transportation.
